Uncertainty
Uncertainty is a doctrine of life. Life is never meant to be certain as it is transparent of its uncertain trait of testing people of their certainty. To shy away from this very truth or be oblivion is dangerous at any point of time. We can’t judge anything of its certainty. To sustain in this world is the biggest truth and reality of uncertainty remaining aloof of this can lead to melancholic behaviour afterwards if not worked out earlier.
The place where we live is certainly the most uncertain place to live. Nevertheless, the situation has improved a lot but what remains is the bitter memoirs of the past. Contemporary Kashmir is somewhat stable and balanced but not the skin deep. It is the illusion of political breakthrough nothing more than that.
Kashmir has witnessed the most uncertain times when returning home of a common Kashmiri was based on mere guesses throughout. The folly of Kashmiris to be reluctant during elections is yet another uncertainty. The character of Kashmiris is too liable to uncertainty. What was in the news was not just the protests and stone pelting. There was much more than that. Yes! The colossal political participation in the election polls. This is what we call as uncertainty. What the turmoil period has witnessed and shown to the world is certainly the uncertainty.
Who will come to the rescue of Kashmiris? The future of Kashmir is based on the character of its people. It is the infidelity that has prompted Indian government to stay over here. Had the political participation in Indian democracy not been a factor, Kashmir would have got its place as a sovereign country. What we are left is to rejoice of our deeds to gloomy days.
